about me

My fitness journey started on the field and the track—playing fútbol and running shaped much of my life. But it was the gym where I truly found my strength—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Lifting weights became more than just building muscle; it became a form of self-love, healing, and empowerment.

I’ve learned that progress matters more than perfection. I've embraced my body, flaws and all, and continued to show up for myself—even while navigating life with an autoimmune condition. That experience has fueled my passion for helping others do the same: proving that you can feel strong, capable, and whole no matter what you’re going through.

To me, fitness isn’t about obsessing over workouts or tracking every meal. It’s about moving your body with intention, honoring where you’re at, and creating a lifestyle that’s sustainable and freeing. I live by the motto Live Imua—to move forward with persistence, grace, and resilience.

Through functional health and fitness, I help others discover that they can have it all: strength, balance, and joy—on their own terms.
